So strange! I found today a bunch of my pictures entered into the database. Does any one here have an idea how that happened?

Ursula, apperantly we have a database enthusiest in our midst,as I had one this morning too. I think that polite protocol would be to notify the owner of the pic...in advance.

No, not at all. I have more acorns than I need or anyone could ever need believe me.

I just thought everyones' photos were so SO beautiful that they would be wonderful to preserve them in the database.

Threads come and go, but the database lasts!

Janice, don't sweat it. They are worse things in this world to lose sleep over. I am happy you enjoyed our blooms enough to "repost" them. I was just a bit surprised.

We just came back from Longwood Garden, it was very BEAUTIFUL!! We loved it! I will look at my pictures later.....and unpack our loot first.

Well, I didn't miss anything. I already have the book, but mine didn't come with a handle.

The first of my Tolumnia's to bloom this is a NOID.

Here are a couple of oldies starting to bloom -
Trichopilia Charles or Suave Margins ( both are registered as hybrids of suavis x marginata) is my favorite Trichopilia.


Edited to add - this one is beautifully scented and the blooms just sparkle in the sun.

and Sarcoglottis sceptrodes opened some nice spikes.


Oncidium croesus is a first bloomer for me. It produced 3 small spikes, unfortunately one sort of fell apart.
