Thanks folks. This one "slipped up on me" and I forgot it was for today. Anyway I am a fan of "old" irises and this one is a very favorite in the pinks. It is Vanity created by hybridizer the late Ben Hager, and introduced in 1975. It won the Dykes Memorial Medal in 1982. This is the photo I took the banner from.

The purple iris immediately caught my eye and I thought 'well framed'. Then when I saw the banner in your post, I could see the pale blue irises filling out the frame. Well done! And of course the pinks are just lovely.
