Very nice Ursulla. I also love that Bulbophyllum falcatum you poster eariler. Wierd is good.

I went to the Tampa Orchid Society show with L. purpurata at the top of my want list and came away with this cross and a L. purpurata var. striath as well. I also wanted Stanhopea nigroviolacea but had to settle for a hybrid (X S. grandiflora) and S. tigrina. I had Kathy's buying shoes on so I had to do something.

Wonderful Janice. I especially want to know about that 1st paph! Anyone recognize it? You could send a pic to Glen Decker at Pipng Rock and ask. I have one that looks like the Cookara Bill. They both have Ctna. Maui Maid as a parent.

Ursula, didn't know Microterangis hariotiana was sparkly!!

Janice, take a look at some pics of Paph. St. Low (St. Swithin X lowii) on the internet.....I am thinking that might be yours.

bree, love your Laelia.

Ursula, Microterangis hariotiana, is very charming.

Janice, you have a fantastic display on the go there. The NOID paph is stunning. Check out Paph Reverend Philip Lamothe. The color of the petals and pouch seem to match yours. It is a cross of Julius x stoneii with Julius being a primary hybrid between rothschildianum and lowii. This pretty much gets all of Todd's suggestions into the mix. The petals may be a little longer than yours but yours will probably develop a little more yet.

sandnsae2- your paph looks like it has mainly haynaldianum in it. Closest thing i can come up with is Eva Weigner. Which is cross with stonei.
Love irene finnley, i have across which is as good neally... x with lyn spencer... minus a petal i broke off. *Blush*

I wish I knew more about paphs but they never bloom for me. I'd say Irene Finney gets the prize in floofyland.

Thanks, Todd, Ken and Bree. They all look very much like it. I also found one that is very similar on Orchidweb called Berenice.
