Ken, it was easier to watch the JUNO's on TV rather than go and pay $200 per ticket and fight all the crowds. Downtown St. John's has been chaotic this past 3 days!

Kathy, I compared your two pictures side by side and there is a quite a bit of difference on close inspection.
Dialaelia Snowflake x Enc. tampense is fuller and the bottom of the lip is wider and flatter, the spots are arranged in lines.
Diacrium bicornutum x Epi. stamfordianum, the petals are narrower and more spade shaped with the bottom of the lip being narrow and pointed, the spots are more or less random.

Do you have both of these plants?

Yes!! I always buy the same looking plants over and over once I have fallen. I must be the most consistent person on the planet. Always has been and always shall be!
I see the same differences as well. They are half siblings after all.

Took some pictures outside during our 10 minutes of sun in the last week...literally 10 minutes, then the fog rolled back in where it is suppose to remain for at least another week. Here is Burrageara Pacific Go, one of the rare fragrant Oncidium-alliance hybrids

Very nice looking blooms Todd, love the white of Ron Williamson and of course the pink/reds of the Burrageara and fragrance is a bonus. I find that most of my Oncidium Alliance have fragrance although usually very mild, I have even noticed a very weak fragrance from my Psychopsis at certain times.

One of my many Beallara Peggy Ruth Carpenter 'Morning Joy' plants. It develops a quite a bit more color under lights and is mildly fragrant, a sweet spicy peppery scent like the colored peppers used in a pepper mill.

Ken your Peggy Ruth is certainly more intensely coloured...mine is downright pastel in comparison...I can't say that I ever noticed a fragrance. I agree that several of my other Oncidium alliance have a slight fragrance but Pacific Go is strongly fragrant...must have Miltoniopsis in the background somewhere.
