It is raining again this morning Thumbs down
Anyway - here is Brsdm Shooting Star 'Mustard' HCC/AOS aka "Cabbage" Smiling with another spike this Summer. This plant is not one of my favorites as it grows fairly unruly. I divided it last Summer.

I found this little bloom on my Haraella retrocalla by sheer luck since it was almost hidden by the leaves.

And Kefersteinia tolimensis is flowering on and off this Summer, showing a solitary bloom on this not too showy plant. I like the ca.1 inch bloom with the slightly rumply lip.

Very nice, Todd. I especially like the Ascocenda Kirk Hoo.

Ursula, I'm glad you found that little guy...what a beauty! It's raining here as well, nonstop for the last four days. This wet season has outdid itself. I'm afraid weeds are taking over some of my flower beds but as they say in Indiana, it's too wet to plow.

L.tenebrosa X Blc Chinese Bronce 'Marco Polo' opened a double bloom this morning.

The Stanhopea nigroviolacea that I ordered from Woodland Orchids arrived today and I already have it in its new basket. I'm happy with it and think this seller is one of the good guys. Laurel put me onto them.

What an exciting show of orchids for August!

This one was just delivered to my door. It's Grammatocymbidium Lovely Melody. Came from nia22d on eBay. As always, I'm trilled with it. Two spikes blooming and a third with lots of buds.Thumb of 2010-08-25/stilldew/e78da4
