Just visited my brother, this aloe was bought from Thailand back in 2022 trip. I have been waiting for this aloe to produce pups since then without any result. Desperate to get one Grumbling

@Kaktus, I accidentally discovered that if you remove some of the lower leaves, the pups could grow from the exposed stems too. At least that's what my CC does. My CC gives me a lot of babies each year.

Looks like it could go up a size, might be more prolific that way.

That is a rooted cutting (someone broke a head off the plant in the public garden and left it there), now going strong. If you look closely you can see it is already dichotomizing (branching at the top). This plant needs more space soon, I think.

This aloe hybrid is flowering for the first time, I hope the flowers are yellow. Not sure if I will have a chance to see them in full bloom, as I'll be away for the Ramadhan holiday.

Finally, the flower of this aloe is not pink or red, it is yellow and pastel. Similar to the color tone of gasteria. Lovey dubby

I lost one aloe this week, I don't have any backup of this, it is not commonly available here, too bad.

I wonder if those flowers are in the sun. If not, the pale color could be a result of low light. I seem to remember Steve had a couple of plants where that was happening.

This week I completed the Pepe triad with this new plant (haworthioides), looking forward to playing with the macro lens when it flowers. Smiling

Yes, that one has quite a lot of sun , we can see that the leaves also look very dry and almost get sun burn.

The never ending winter continues here . We had a spell of warmer weather so I thought I would give my first water and put back in the tunnel . This week lots of rain freezing temps over night on weds and low overnights most of the week. So I am in quite a precarious position . I will keep the temp at 5C but it's the humidity that might start giving me issues
Here are one or two that are looking ok. Most of my aloes looking pretty miserable right now

Same here, strange weather, it is quite hot already, but we still have 2 to 3 inches of rain daily. Shrug!

This aloe is screaming for a bigger home, she has to wait for a few more weeks as the soil is too wet.

Your memory is good, Steve. Yes, a homebrew conifera hybrid. The conifera will come out stronger as we reach the solar maximum in a couple of months and the whole thing goes purple. This could be a good garden plant since it is on the larger side.
