Is that your Hoya? I lust after them. They hate me. My husband grows them in his office and if I go in to visit him the leaves start to shake. If I even touch Hoya they die. Every hoya I tried to grow dies for me that is why they are in his office. That picture shows that it is very healthy. I was looking at Peperomia urocarpa which has similar foliage but it does have red stems.
