If the leaves have red spots in the stem, it may well be lancifolia. It looks like it's getting ready to bloom, which is the right time of year for lancifolia. The flower should be a light lavender in color.

I have literally several hundred lancifolia around the yard in bloom now. The bees are lovin' it!
