I posted this earlier for customizing your Home page.
Go to Home page
Scroll to the bottom and click on ยป Customize your homepage
There you see a series of boxes: To set your thread watcher to the top left side, find the one called 'Watcher Notifications' (left side)
Hold you mouse over it that Watcher Notification and while left clicking and holding, drag it to the very top left box and drop it in there (by releasing the mouse)
Now take the other feature that is in the top left box and drag and drop it in the box you just vacated.
Now your watched threads are at the very top
