Seeds: trades, friends, online, catalog or collect them myself.
Plants: organized swaps, friends, native plant society meetings, rescues or nurseries.
That said, I'm cutting down a LOT on acquiring any seeds and plants! Droughts and getting older means I increasingly just have to say "no"...to myself and others. Time to go low-maintenance and drought-tolerant only.
