Anyone know what the numbers mean in the common name fields for these?

Trumpet is obviously not a species name so I will edit that out but when I do, it shows that there is already another cultivar named 'African Queen',
Lily (Lilium African Queen) also a trumpet so I assume they are both one and the same but I need to know what those numbers are in the common name field. If they are something that is needed, they need to be put in another area, comments or something.
