Pulmonaria officinalis flowers seem to match..

There is a similarity to Trevi Fountain but the flowers look a little different, the centres look to have a pink halo, and I think the leaves are narrower. These are both fairly old cultivars but it's difficult to find many photos of them.

Leaves look closest to Spilled Milk

The more I look the more varieties I find! Baby Blue seems to be close but the flowers are pale with a darker centre, look at the second pic..

Spilled Milk still looks closest for both flowers and leaves.
