To drag/tag, click left side of mouse, hold it as you drag/outline plant to desired size.
I usually have two windows open, one to the desired plant database entry. Copy it's plant ID# into the search box that pops up after you create the tag on the Plant Combo page, click the plant name to enter it then submit.
You can't do the drag/tag if on an IPad though.
