How do you add the plant names to a photo like in the link above?

Go to the Plant Combination page, here: https://garden.org/plants/mult...
Select Add an image
Select whether you want the image to be private (only you can see it) or public (other members will see it)
Proceed with adding tags (by dragging a box to each plant and adding the name)
And don't forget to select Finish when you have completed adding tags

To drag/tag, click left side of mouse, hold it as you drag/outline plant to desired size.
I usually have two windows open, one to the desired plant database entry. Copy it's plant ID# into the search box that pops up after you create the tag on the Plant Combo page, click the plant name to enter it then submit.
You can't do the drag/tag if on an IPad though.
