Lynn, I am quite fond of the Jovi's which is probably no surprise here. Whenever I get an opportunity, I will add another Jovi, even if its not a heuffelii, to my collection. I have a number of Jovibarba hirta's, and that is what your picture looks like to me. However, there are hybrids between hirta and the other Jovi species as well.
I tried one almost by accident and found them very easy, very attractive plants. I think they may be the easiest of all of the hardy hen and chick families and recommend them for people just starting out with H&C's

Most of these stay bright green or even yellowish green for me, but I suspect they will color up like Astrid did given the right conditions.
