Dropdowns and autocomplete isn't going to work on these text fields. Searching on a text field is something one must know is going to sometimes require multiple tries to find what you're looking for. When searching for a hybridizer, I'd suggest searching on just their last name.

If their name is present in multiple formats (middle initial, etc) then it would be nice to try to find those and standardize them all to show the same exact name for the benefit of future searches.
