I've MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and I can't tolerate the heat (indoors or outdoors), so I stay in the house with the AC on and try to go out after 7 pm.
We've had so much heat during the Summer that I didn't get all my plants in the ground yet. Still waiting for much cooler temps.
