Dave,

Congrats! I tip my hat to you. Thumbs up

I have some questions about the garden planting calendar.

Who 'makes up' the dates?

I live in Hebron, KY (northern KY), zip code is 41048 and I get this.....

On average, your frost-free growing season starts Apr 20 and ends Oct 17, totalling 180 days.

I used to live in Centerville, OH (suburb of Dayton, OH), zip code is 45459, which is A LOT FARTHER NORTH of where I live now and I get this...... Grumbling Grumbling Grumbling

On average, your frost-free growing season starts Apr 11 and ends Oct 30, totalling 202 days.

Grumbling Sad Thumbs down Crying Blinking Confused Angry

Sorry, but I don't agree with it. It should be the other way around for those two zip codes.
Welcome to the Agastache and Salvias Forum!

Hummingbirds are beautiful flying jewels in the garden!
