Gigi, what zone are you in? Aeoniums are frost tender although I leave mine out and they get damaged leaves but always seem to eventually recover. If they are in a sheltered spot they should be fine.
I agree that your first purchase is Echeveria 'Black Prince'. Your second one is Silver Squill (Ledebouria socialis) Silver Squill (Ledebouria socialis)
