For any particular group or genera of plants start on
The All Things Plants Database home page.
Next
Visit our custom databases, upper right, which you can scroll through until you see your target plant. In this case
Hellebores, which, when selected, leads you to the
The Hellebores Database. Once here, select the
ยป Search by characteristics (height, bloom color, etc) hyperlink. You will wind up here
Searching Hellebores.
Once on the characteristics page you can select what you want. Try selecting the check box next to
Patented, under
Miscellaneous near the bottom of the page. Then click
Search. I get 21 patented Hellebores.
