Pitcher Sage is the common name for Salvia azurea.

I have the 'Nekan' variety, but I don't know what the variety is in your second pic. Hopefully, @FBTS will chime in. He and his wife specialize in Salvias that they sell to the public. Wonderful place to buy their plants! Thumbs up
