I would say that many of my lily stems this year are about 2/3 the normal height that they normal are with some exceptions of course. Being that I had a very cold winter and a late spring, would the quicker increasing temps cause the lilies to stop growing height wise and go quicker to the blooming stage? I know that lilies can vary in height from year to year but it seems that a majority of bulbs that I've had for more than 2 years are short. Just a few thoughts.........
