I've seen Beverly & Belinda's Dream at Home Depot & Lowes. But Lowes' is infamous here for having really mismarked roses.. while HD is pretty famous for having just unmarked roses! Was surprised this year to find Singin' the Blues this year at HD.. but that was super early this season & I didn't buy any because I didn't know if I was going to be here in CO this summer. My mom, in Southern NM, bought 3 roses that she were some kind of yellow (she loves yellow roses), but didn't see the tag on the pot. She just saw the hanging tag, which was a generic tag. And none of them were in bloom when she bought them. She ended up with 3 Blue Girls (*swoon*). Super popular rose here (that's why I have so many of them.. plus I love them to much), but big boxes are horrific about mismarked roses. At least they are here in Colorado.
