Name: Leon Indiana (Zone 5a) Light is the shadow of God!
I found this tree growing in a swamp this summer. It was located in about 2 feet of water along with other aquatic vegetation such as cat tails, reeds and scrubby willows. When I hiked that area today (Oct. 12, 2014) its foliage was like fire in the sunlight. It is Drummond's maple (Acer rubrum var. drummondii).
