Took about 3 years to grow into a mature plant. Comes back each spring. The Black Swallowtails love to deposit eggs on the ferny growth of this plant. I love to brush by the plant and smell the fragrance.

I started these plants by seed indoors under lights in early 2016. By mid Sept 2016, they have yet to bloom. I was away from home for six weeks so maybe they didn't receive the care they needed but to go this long without setting one flower bud means they aren't meant for my garden. Will try something else for the little hummers.

Received a packet of surprise mix seeds from a member here at All
