So Funny! I have always thought I had to have blooms but after seeing all the lovely foliage containers I am seeing things a little differently.

The front porch plannters are very attractive...I hate it when I take a pic and find I have not done enough to stage it...I want to see that geranium and heuchera in a few weeks. Nice!!

They all neet to grow some. We just got nice weather. I know most of you are having drought conditions but we have had so much rain I have mildew on some of my petunias and rotten roses and daylilies.

Yes rain finally today 2 inches of much needed moisture!!!!

Euphorbia Diamond Dust

I love Diamond Frost Euphorbia, there are a few other Diamond Euphorbias some do well in sun others in shade. Diamond Frost likes the shade and really brightens up a shady corner and it is great in containers. I got about 12 of them this year and have them tucked in all over the place.

That would explain why mine neaver did well, was out in full sun.I might try one next year in the shade. I was reading in one of my container books that dark plants create holes and they need to be set of by light colors. We are just getting a bit of heat so I expect my containers to leap.

Here is my swan planter. It sits in a small shade bed. There is a Diamond Frost Euphorbia in this planter.

Where have I been, I didn't know there was a variegated petunia. How beautiful it is with the dark leafed heuchera.

Lynn, I think it's new this year. When I was shopping I just saw it and though I would give it a try.
