Not bored. Thanks for sharing it. My favorite picture was the one where she's looking out the window. Y'all did a very good thing.

Oh yes. I like to feed the backyard birds because by keeping them around the yard they find plenty of bugs here to eat. Less bugs on my plants!!

@GaNinFl

Wow! Is that year round?

Good for you and good for the hummers! Hurray! Thumbs up

We've 6 hummingbird feeders (3 in front and 3 in back). I can't imagine maintaining 10 - 12 feeders.

As long as the hummingbirds are present, the feeders are out and refreshed almost every other to every three days. If the least bit of sourness is detected, the feeder is scrubbed and refilled with fresh.

Edit to add... We do have salvia, shrimp plant and other plantings the hummingbirds love so.

Wonderful! Hurray! Thumbs up

edited to add.... we too have salvia, cuphea, agastache and other plantings that attract them too. We only get hummers here spring to around mid Oct. or whenever we stop seeing the migrating ones, but we keep putting out fresh nectar.
