Cindy - Congratulations on your registration of Remembering Miss Martha! It is one gorgeous pink. I like the fact it has tall scapes too. Does it always have a bitone look, or is that just the result of the exteme heat? I'd love to see more photos of it. Do you have a website for your Lighthouse Gardens?
Sorry but I do not have a website. I never really noticed that it was a bi-tone before. Didn't think to register it as such. Could be from the heat. I will post a few more pics of it.
Thanks for posting more pics of Miss Martha. It looks like the sepals are a bit lighter than the petals in those photos too. The watermark doesn't look as defined in these photos as it does in the first photo. Does the watermark only show up well in hot temps? The gold edge always looks pretty consistent. RMM looks like a winner! Do you only sell on the Lily Auction, or do you make direct sales?
Most of the pics I have taken of RMM are in early morning and in shade so I would say the watermark would be more pronounced then. Come to think of it, I think those last 2 pics of RMM are from last summer, so maybe the difference in weather this year plays a part. I only sell on the Lily Auction.
