Don't forget your vitamin D or the calcium won't do you any good.

I have a very small esophagus and have always had trouble swallowing pills. For vitamins I always had to do the children's chewable's until they finally came out with adult chewable vitamins so those are the ones I usually buy. Last year I was at Sam's Club and found adult "Gummy Vitamins" which are what I take daily now and they have Vitamin D.

I'm sorry for not replying earlier - we were planning to launch this raffle this morning, but we've been offline! A huge storm came through yesterday afternoon and knocked power out for the entire town. We were without power for 24 hours and just got it back! So, look for the raffle to start tomorrow!

Oh my goodness, I hope there was no major damage from the storm. It must have been pretty miserable being without air conditioning during the heat of summer ... glad you've got power back!

Everything else is fine. It was just a huge storm with very high winds and knocked down trees all over the place. Considering the damage, I was surprised that the power came on after only 24 hours. It looks like a hurricane blew through.

Inside the house is got up to around 83 degrees, thankfully we have very very good insulation!

Look for the raffle tomorrow. Here's a sneak peak to whet your appetite (and the photo does not show the entire package!)

Yes, I'll be happy to notify you when the carrot soap is ready. Soap takes 4 weeks to cure, so look for it in about 4 weeks ( I just started my new batches!)

Dave & Trish, do you guys have that sprayed in foam insulation? That's pretty good to only get up to 83 degrees in the house.
