Right under the banner and line with Home, Database ect is a LARGE white space. You have to scroll down the page (past the blue box on the right) until the rest of the page shows up. I am on Internet Explorer.

Margaret, could you do a shift-refresh (click the reload/refresh button of your browser while holding the shift key down). Then if it is still wrong, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Refresh didn't change it. I have never done a screen print. *Blush*

Margaret, there should be a button on your computer that says "PrtSc" or "Print Screen" or something like that. Just click on that and if it works like mine, all you have to do is open whatever photo program you use and paste the image into a "new" document.

Edited to say: sigh, I said button when I meant key....

Dave, this is what I see when I open a new forum to read a thread in it. I use FireFox, have done a shift-reload, but have not cleared browser cache yet. I have a 22" (I think ) monitor

OK... If I click on a thread in my thread watcher, the screen is fine. If I click on a forum from my watched forums, I get a screen like I posted above. Once I click on a thread to go into it, the screen is fine again. So it's just on the forum pages, where it gives you the list of threads in that forum.

Does that make sense? And yet, the picture I posted was of the threads inside a forum, so now i"m confused again. Hilarious!

After clicking on Print Screen, I open Paint, then click on the blank page and do a Ctrl/v. That will paste it into the Paint software. Then do a 'save as'.

Right. It just copies the image to the computer's "clipboard," then you have to open a photo program, create a new document, and paste the contents of the clipboard into the new photo document. Then save it as whatever.

Confused
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

OK... This is ONLY for Windows, and as ever, click all pics to embiggen them Green Grin!

1, Make sure you're seeing what you need a picture of on your monitor. (so if your ATP looks all wonky, make sure it looks wonky before you go on to step 2)

2. Hold down the SHIFT key and press the Print-Screen (prt-scrn) key at the same time. (this takes a picture of what you're seeing - it "captures your screen")

3. Start->all programs (if you don't have a "start" button, it's the blue windows circle button thing in the lower left corner of your monitor)

Thumb of 2012-08-15/fiwit/4343a4

4. In the search box, type paint and press enter (paint is a windows program that lets you create pictures)
Thumb of 2012-08-15/fiwit/5b8a8c

5. In the paint program, select Edit->Paste (this takes the picture you took and puts it in a program so you can save it)

Your print screen should magically appear on the screen. Select "File ->Save as" and give it a name. Then upload it to your post here.
