Oh yeah, a lot of those Bulbos smell like rotting flesh. Really bad.

That's the reason I don't grow them, just enjoy seeing the flowers in pictures here.

I've read that the red ones do smell bad, but the other colors don't. I've never grown them, so I don't know if that's true.

My little terete Vandas have another bloom open today, a pink! The other mounts of these all have at least some tags left, but they're all gone off this one, naturally. Crosses of V. Josephine van Brero or V. Dr. Anek mostly.
