Its not what I neglect, its what my wife neglects!

We have been happily married for 42 years and she's the love of my life. I was just joking about the neglect ,though I sometimes accuse her of that (when I really want something........did someone say orchids are on sale?!).

Sale! Sale! lovely four letter word!

I've been trying to convince my hubby for years that "Bad Attention is better than No Attention"...he's not a believer.

It's people like you, Ken, that have to show us the way so that we know! Thanks for sharing these tidbits!

Ah the word dumb..like neglect...is a relative one..what sounds dumb to some is a delightful idea to others. Similarly, what looks neglectful to some, is actually a more acceptable approach.

Time to update status of my tillandsias. Last Saturday we went to Japantown and found this cute wire containers that can be used for tillandsias..at $1.50 ea, they went home with me!


So how are the tillies doing:
This was the one in bloom last year, and it has successfully made some pups!


Other tillies also busy making new pups:


These are the ones originally 'on the rocks' then moved to the hanging glass container: so far doing good, but I have to replace the one with the tillandsia bulbosa, that one has broken glass, so the new basket will be its new home:

Now the other tilly that was already growing big before is really much bigger now: I am just hanging it upside down for now:
