I assemble and test inside at night.. Randy sets up outside the next day.. usually gets dark fast after work so it gets done .. we are a good team that's for sure

A friend sent me a wreath with an electric candle in it....perfect for my kitchen table, the candle will shine for 6 hours, then turn itself off.

Love those .. awesome you don't have to mess with them

True....and I rarely light real candles....think of the fire hazard.....If I have no power, I burn a candle in the upstairs bathroom....near the sink, away from walls......too scary otherwise!

Finished the outside lights. Now to start inside, tree is up. Cats are exploring the tree.

Neighbors have splendid displays. We look like Hooterville.
Neighbors have lighted deer that move.
I can't reach very high so the kids had to decorate the tree.

Mugs is trying to climb the tree every so often

Two cats here 18 months old. No glass balls on the tree again this year.
The cats take down the string of lights every night. They leave the tree alone during the day, nighttime is mayhem.
