Had orders placed with 12 vendors this year. Several days ago (and for several non-vendor-related reasons), I wrote to eight of the 12 asking if we could cancel and refund the orders. Haven't heard back yet from four of them, but I wanted to give thanks to the four vendors who responded immediately, graciously, and with no questions asked. If they give this kind of service when CANCELLING an order...
