There is one iris disease that I had, called scorch, that killed the roots on the bottom. As well as the fans.

@caitlinsgarden yes, her link doesn't work which is why it's not on the list in the first post. She reported on Sept 24, 2015 post that she had issues with it.

I placed an order with Iris Whisperer a while back. I have yet to get a email confirmation from them which I asked for and Jenny doesn't seem to have time to answer my emails and my questions. Very very frusterated with them and their lack of customer service.

If the Jenny you speak of is Jenny Spoon I have always found her to be patient and a great communicator. Perhaps it is a computer/email problem.

Bonnie, not her. This Jenny is one of the two people who have started Iris Whisperer taking over much of Dee's stock. Earlier this year, Dee was handling the invoicing for them and responded to several questions I had about the order I placed (which I had to cancel).

Just read on Facebook that Naomi has dissolved her half of the partnership in Iris Whisperer. There are problems there. This probably accounts for the lack of response to emails, etc.

That's what I am thinking too. I am waiting for my order which I hear was dug. I got a tracking number and it said it was delivered yesterday to a different city! Hoping that someone gave me the wrong tracking number and that my order is not lost.

Did you contact the vendor with that info ? and, Is that "other city" perhaps the postal sorting hub, for your area? It may just be 'resting there', for local delivery, today.

Yes I did contact them, still no response and the tracking said the order was delivered there on Thursday!
