I just wanted to ask a quick question. My Echeveria has 3 flower stalks. It lives inside, so no chance of natural pollination. If I transfer pollen from flowers on one stem to the other will it result in viable seeds? or will they be sterile because the flowers are all from the same plant?

Some seed has been produced locally, so that the plants are not wholly self-sterile.
and
from http://www.crassulaceae.com/bo...
Many species of Echeveria are more or less self-incompatible and each plant will produce few or no viable seeds when pollinated by itself.

so... i would give it a try

Jojoe, you could plant some of the snack plant outdoors in semi shade! I tip my hat to you.

Got home late today and found 3 surprises along with my *Blush* scattered mess. I guess someone did not get my DH memo.."No more plants until project is done"!

I apologize for the blurry photos but it is getting dark out. Don't know what they are but I thought these are beauties and definitely love at first sight Lovey dubby

Thumb of 2013-05-07/GigiPlumeria/fbdfd6

I'm guessing my neighbor dropped them off Confused because they were on vacation and we took care of their plants while they were gone (too late to call now). I have nice neighbors who drop me surprises every now and then.

Nope sometimes it hurts because he would give the only one I have. I tried to train him to just give ones that I have doubles.
