I agree.
Give yourself plenty of leeway in losing any post-smoking pounds.
You might try to find one thing at a time that you regularly eat that adds the weight and subtract it too. I do this by treating myself to an enjoyable workout instead. Plus, I crave good things like plain old water, ice cold carrots and big juicy apples after a workout, when I'd normally bypass them otherwise. Win-win!
It's a cloudy, drizzly and dreary day here, (but not too hot or too cold
) so it's a gardening day for me.
