Nope, will not give you extra stickers like that. I guess they are on to that. But then I know I gave Vinney the booth attendant tomatoes last year so maybe he would let us in. Hilarious!

Me too Debra. I love Blackberries. And I even love the little white flowers they make when in bloom. I think they are so pretty.

It is beautiful. I bought it at Scheepers and I see they have it listed with the darwin hybreds which are mostly singles. But maybe that means it will return. We will see.

Beautiful, Rita! I actually really like the look of the tulips closed up! Is the bed with the Darwin tulips what used to be your vegetable garden BD (before daylilies)? Everything looks spectacular!!!!

Thank you Becky. When they take pictures of tulips to use in that catalogs they usually take when they are closed. So I think of it as the classic tulip form.

I have loved tulips forever. I think it goes back to my childhood when my dad used to plant tulips each fall and then in spring usually around easter they would flower. Dad always took pics of mom and me dressed in our go to church easter finery in front of the beds of blooming tulips. Tulips were my dads favorite flower.

Yes, the darwins are in front of three rows of daylilies and then a Tall Bearded Iris bed anf then more rows of daylilies. It all used to be my veggie bed but I just had to have more daylilies!

Looking towards the back in this picture, everything in back of that bed of tulips in front of the green poles was my veggie garden. The tulip bed is actually one of my main daylily beds but now with all the tulips blooming you can barely notice the daylilies.

Not to worry, veggie beds are back. I just have them in my driveway sideyard.

I am really loving the way it all turned out. I wish it would stay this way longer but tulips are so pretty but don't last that long.

I remember hyacinths smelling divine when I was younger. But unfortunatly my sniffer is not as good as it once was. I can't smell them at all. But they do look pretty. Thumbs up
