stilldew said:Really like the orange Iris. Do you know it's name?

Cindy, that is a lovely dark purple columbine.

The first 2 flowers on my tree peony opened today.

Heucherella (Heucherella 'Brass Lantern') has nice looking flowers.

The 99 degree high yesterday was hard on my dwarf iris and pansies. Here's Nine Lives, one of the later bloom of the SDBs.

Thanks, Arlene. That 'Black Lace' Elderberry is really beautiful. I had no idea it would look so good. The dark foliage looks almost like a black fern.

Thanks! I tend to plant things too close together. I try not to, but I just can't help it!

The Persicaria is called 'Black Dragon.' I got that one from Bluestone Perennials. It's a good one and roots in water. I think the Heuchera with the blooms is called 'Paris.' It is a really good performer with lots of flowers.

Hey, Dutch Iris are bulbs and my Dutch iris just started blooming.

The Mountain Ash trees are in full bloom. They make lots of fruit which the backyard birds eat up during the winter.
