It reminds me of Carnival Capers, only the yellow is more pronounced. Is that one of Paul Black's?

Yep, just checked my link, Paul Black! You are right Tom, it does look like Carnival Capers, I just noticed I had taken a photo of it at Napa iris Gardens last year.
