@adnative I got a double fan of "Heavenly Angel Kisses" spring 2023. It's a nice clump already and the blooms are to die for. Highly recommend.... oops, just checked and I actually got this one spring 2022. Still great increase, over 10 fans now.

I was DEFINITELY not going to order many as I will be on an extended vacation in April, but we all know how that works sometimes! Browns Ferry (and I have geese that visit) netted Papa Goose, Mama Goose, Meme's Indulgence, Mr and Mrs Bubbs, Browns Ferry Royalty, Breathing in Snowflakes....Shower Me in Good Times (They also have a 12 month guarantee) an order from Northern Lights (of course), and Togguns Modern Aristocracy from Bobby Scott. I also have Dreamliner and Cosmo and Me coming....and its' only NOVEMBER!?!?! I must step away from the computer....have one more 'supplier' I intend to order from....then hopefully I'm done for winter....oh but I also want Tweaked Out from someone else (and of course you can't order just one!).....it NEVER ends......

@jkporter Looks like you will need a lot of garden space as well. From your list, Topguns Modern Aristocracy caught my eye, mainly because I am going to the 2024 National Daylily Convention in Oklahoma City next summer, and Topguns is one of the gardens on the tour. As I read their description of Topguns Modern Aristocracy, I understand why that is on your list. 7-way branching, 38 bud count, holds up to OK heat - and a beautiful bloom! What's not to like?

@LoriMT I will be at National as well! Bobby's cultivars are truly amazing and I have yet to meet one of his I don't love. He has told me his seedlings have to have strong scapes or they are culled. Being from Kansas with our wind, that is pretty important...certain his place will be ready for prime time for the folks going to the National Convention! Terry and Ashton Lopp's place (Windswept Farm and Gardens) will be on the tour as well and I'm anxious to see their place! There's a few of their recent intros I could definitely incorporate in my garden.....did I just say in previous post that I was D-O-N-E....Temptations surround me!!!!!

DeweyRooter said: Those Browns Ferry selections are lovely. Their "last chance" sale is hard to resist. I especially like Tip of the Iceberg. I would be tempted, but the last time I ordered from them, all the plants got rust.

Luckily, in zone 3, rust does not survive our winters... Hurray!

@LoriMT Yes, I do still have space (famous last words). I have a couple of areas set aside for the new ones, and several spots in an 'almost-full' section that these new ones will round out beautifully. And I am growing less daylily seedlings this year than last... Whistling

I agree. I wake up every morning during bloom season and the first thing I do is get my cup of coffee and walk outside to see what is blooming. The camera goes with me, of course.

This past summer, I found a new joy in gardening. I would head out to the garden early to deadhead the flowers from the day before (mainly daylilies, but also lilies, glads, ...). It was always exciting to see what flowers were getting ready to open. Then I would go back around the gardens and take photos, after the blooms had time to open. I never before appreciated the joy the of deadheading.

Lovely, Donna. I had Ob-la-di-Ob-la-da several years ago, but it never did well here. I hope you have better luck with it in your zone. It sure is pretty. Love the choices.

They are just far enough South that I don't want any of their plants in the Spring…worried about importing rust again! My system worked great this year! No Southern plants until September.

Or maybe I should stay off the site; there were several others I liked also! Hilarious!

She is sending me a bonus of Meme's Margarita - pretty nice bonus!

I also frantically grab my camera and go outside every morning! I can never be gone in the summer for fear I may 'miss' something, but with National June 12-15th, I may need to enlist my neighbor to 'walk my yard'! I dead head every afternoon....so when I look out my bedroom window, I can see my new 'lovelies' waiting for me in the morning! Coffee in one hand, camera in the other (and definitely makes me love the EMOs!) Once last summer, my husband took pity on me (I guess) and decided he was going to help, and he started counting spent blooms he plucked so I did too The total was 1,846....whelp, he never helped again, and I learned that counting wasn't the best thing to do!

If anyone can give me the simple stupid way to copy an image from this site into this discussion area I would be grateful....I know I have done it before but do you think I could remember?!? Nope!!!

Congrats on all the new Browns Ferry daylilies everyone! Sounds like many of us will be receiving a box from them come spring!
