Wow Rita, you are up early today. Never usually see you before noon.
Very cold here. Got up early to do some grocery shopping before the crowds hit and I'm glad I went now. By the time I got out of the store it was getting crowded already.
They are always busy here on weekends. You have to go early or its just awful. I try to avoid the stores on weekends unless I absolutely have to. Meijer had a few 2 day sale only items that I wanted to get, like Era laundry detergent 2 for $5. I normally use All free and clear but Era has a no perfumes one also so the price was right. They also had chicken broth 2 for $1, which is a good price.
When I checked the rain gauge this morning at 7 it showed we have received 2.25 inches of rain in the last 24 hours ! Plus it is still raining ! This has been an absolute blessing !

I just looked out the window a minute ago and it was snowing, just flurries. It has already stopped but I think we are supposed to get some snow this evening.
Very happy for you Linda I know the feeling of elation just to watch it rain after months of dry weather. You just want to run out in it, raise your arms up, and twirl in circles to revel in its refreshing beauty

You must have been watching me Vickie last year when we got that surprise snow. I did just that ! Sorely tempted to do that in this rain but do not what DH to have me committed.
