That is a pretty plant, I like the orange lilies in the back ground which echo the color.

Jo Ann, I too love Sunset Sienna. It is a thread leaf coreopsis and in the past I have not had good luck with those over wintering. But this variety has been a real winner for me!

My best perennial has to be Yucca filamentosa 'Color Guard.' The color just glows in winter and all year long. I will be adding more and more of these next year. They look awesome paired with my winterberries!

I think I'm going to focus on adding more yellow, orange, and red colors for winter interest. The Yucca 'Color Guard' is great because it looks good all seasons. I don't think I have a plant that can compete with it in that area. Heuchera comes close, but they don't hold up as well to ice storms and aren't as tough as it is.
