I do love pink. *Blush*

I think I got that from Maryott's, it must have been BOGO because I see I have two. Anyway, every time I turned around that thing was blooming! lol.

Tiger lilies and the others did great. Criums, phlox and agastaches.

I like the nepeta Little Titch, looks good with the Iris and the pink lilies with the phlox and agastaches. My Cotton Candy did well for a first year plant. I pulled up all the Lilies because I found out they were not true to name. Here is a one that I missed.

I was heart broken when they were rejected from the database.

I got all new ones for next year. Hurray!

Jo Ann - love the blue iris photo and the Night Beacon: great matches and very good playmates.

Tee that Tiger lily is so wonderful. Hope you put it on the database!

Susan - that really is a shame when names aren't true (and sometimes when names are true but the lily looks nothing like the company photo). I've had far too many with the wrong name and/or wrong color.

Thanks! I am trying to be more careful who I buy from, and also I try to help others learn from my mistakes. I got mine from a coop.
If you know of any place selling lilies or anything that is not true to name, please let us know. We had a thread called 'Bad sources for perennials', where everyone told their horror stories. LOL.
Might need to start a new thread, anyone is welcome to do so.

Tee, is that pink bloom a Crinum? It sure is pretty!

I really like the allium and Night Beacon DL picture too, Jo Ann.

Mike, could the purple Aster be Purple Dome? I really like the pink and purple asters together, they look like some healthy plants! I love the Lighter Than Air DL. Is it a heavy bloomer?

The delphinium and lupines bloomed for a long time, I suppose since it was so cool. I cut them off after they were done and they had a second bloom in the fall which is never as tall as the first bloom.
