One of my little SDB seedlings produced a bee pod with 44 great seeds. I am thrilled.

Fun with pollen!

I had a chat with a fella who hybridizes Siberians. He burns the ones he considers inferior. I was being silly and suggested it was cheaper than oil. Then I asked if he had ever heard of Guerrilla Gardening. He hadn't. He did think it was pretty neat that folks go around clearing trash and ugliness, and put in gardens instead. I was thinking it would be a nice place to put "inferior" iris....then again, something edible might be a better choice.

Thank you about the seedling I am super pleased because form, substance, bud count and branching all good, just do not know how many increases it will put on as an average.

Suggestions for names. Would like something about Cass in the name remember he was my husband for 47 1/2 years. thought Cass' gold but no not good enough
