Here is 'Yachiyo Tsbaki' very much uneffected by prolonged extreme winter temperatures. Though it is closer to the house.

This one has a really soft nice sweet fragrance, which is less common in tree peonies and is also supposed to be a good one for hybridizing

Love Lavender Grace, but they are all pretty. Glad Spring finally arrived for you. We are ahead of you here with the regular peonies starting the last few days.

Beautiful. The picture that came with the tag for Yachiyo made it look wilted and crispy lol, though I had hope it would turn out a beauty. It is a gorgeous flower and your plant, magnolia lover, is fantastic. I can't wait till mine fills out like yours. Joseph Rock double and Lavender Grace - Hurray!

Love seeing all the tree peony blooms. Good thing I have no more room in my garden else I am tempted to buy many of the ones I am seeing here.

Dianne, there are worst things you could be addicted to. Say Hostas and Lilies for instance, no wait, I'm addicted to those too! Smiling LOL

Diann - I almost have as many dahlias as I do peonies. Since my goal is to have something in bloom year round, I have to have a wide variety of plants and can't afford to be addicted to too many kinds. Big Grin

I was keeping track of the number of kinds of flowering plants that has bloomed since the beginning of the year; I am up to about 70 plants, and around 8 fillers.

I just want to say hi to all of you. Love this forum.

My Snow Lotus has started opening today. The peony was planted in September, and it is still small.
