Mary Ann yes you are Smiling Rustler is another good one it really glows in the sun.

Arlyn I like the blend of colors on that one as well it has been on my ever growing list but I have not noticed it for sale from anyone but Schreiner's.

Oh my! I'm in serious trouble if I ever go see a grower. Drooling

I was/am planning on visiting Superstition Gardens this year. I fear they will have to scare me away with garden rakes to leave their yard. Sticking tongue out

Iris fever seems to escalate this time of year. I am trying not to add to my wish list. I tell myself only iris I can't live without. Right! Jealous Guy and Catwalk... got the spelling right. Tom, the bank will not have any money by the time you get there as others have had the same idea as a solution. I wonder if pleading the iris virus would be a good defense.

I'll agree, folks, that it's easy to get "hooked" on some of the pictures you see here, and it's real easy to go over board with one's purchases . But I look at it from another direction...for example, Rita and I used to attend at least 2 concerts a year, when ever one of "our" music stars happened to appear at our local venue. Tickets were about $75 a head at that time, and then there was supper to buy, and gas to get us down there. It was an enjoyable evening, and cost me about $250. Now $250 will buy quite a few plants, and give us WAY more than one evenings fun! And what else are you going to do with your money that improves the look (and therefore the value) of your home, adds to your enjoyment, improves your health (through more exercise!), and expands your "friendship" base ( if it weren't for the iris, would we all be 'talking" to one another here?). But , as an "iris buddy", I will try to help you all through this, Whistling and if any of you are worried about getting carried away this "ordering season", just send your checkbooks and credit cards to me, along with your wishlists and I'll manage them for you till the buying season is over! Sticking tongue out I will make sure that you get then iris on your wishlist, at the best possible price, and without any buyer's remorse, or guilt ,on your part. Instead of "the Devil made me do it!," you can just tell people ,. "It was Arlyn's fault! He promised !" I have "broad shoulders", and can easily take any abuse that is thrown my way! And any guilt will be mine, alone, leaving you free to enjoy your plants ! Just e-mail me for my address, I will expect the checkbooks and credit cards before April Ist...... Of course we'll split the bootie Mary Ann, but then we'd have to rob a few extra banks in order to have enough for all involved. Maybe a better idea is to have a "Hostile take over" of one or more of the iris gardens. We could just dig what we wanted and leave. Or better yet set up a compound and wall it in and have it all to ourselves. All the wacko iris lovers of the world could come and indulge in iris bliss until the feds came and blew us up. Did I say that???? omg I am going crazy! Sad Whistling I need an iris fix and fast! Some body help me!

Nice try Arlyn!
