Sure thing, Hetty. Next fall most likely I will have more. I already traded some to another ATP person this spring.

Rose Mallow ( noid) is wonderful, low low maintenance, likes a wet spot in the yard. Guess I do need to get down there and do a little bit of cleanup of deadwood from winter tho.

These wild flowers come up down in the front part of the yard that is "no man's land", very tough area, poor soil even tho we have amended, amended some more and keep amending. Everything just disappears thru the sand down there. Very hard spot to water too if we are not getting rain.
Guess its some sort of Phlox get's about 2 ft tall.

David,
The Gloriosa's get no special attention other than the Bird netting hung between the tree's for them to climb on. That being said I've got them a few other places too, climbing up tree's, etc. Those particular ones in the photo do get a little more water than most of the others by virtue of location.

The Rose Mallows....benign neglect ?.... Shrug!

What a stellar day for gardening in Florida eh? I got out & planted daylilys, sedum, crocosmia, LA lilys, yellow walking iris, purple firespike, epidendrum.

Yes indeed Ann!!!

I can't believe how cool its going to be for the next three days here,...and what a last minute blessing before we head off into Summer. Nothing like having that cool air in your nostrils in the mornings especially and our rare low humidity days this time of the year...

Lets grab it while we can! Smiling

You got that right David! We have been getting all our floors re-done & so it's been taking up all our time. I was so downcast that I could not get out in the cooler time to plant & we all know what happens in the summer inferno so I had lost hope of getting anything done. But for once, the timing on the flooring install gave me a break just as this lovely weather moved in & what a boon to have the soil (Ha! sand!) moist for planting. Makes all the difference!

Another chilly AM up here for sure.
Hit HD yesterday AM for mulch to finish the front beds. I ended up over in Yolie's yard & came home with another tub of plants. It was so nice to work outside all day & not be drenched in sweat!!! I finally got her large bed cleared out & got the coleus & Amaranth planted. When I was heading home, she & Charlie were cleaning out the boxes & getting ready to plant the Coral Beans.

By the time I got home it was late & I had no energy left so am on my way out to get my new babies in the dirt. Then dump mulch.

Just love to see Mj's beauties but I'm afraid to start growing Hoyas. It seems as soon as I try one, I need to collect a dozen more . . orchids, gingers, begonias, passionflowers are just a few of my 'collections'.

I know, you enabler you! Rolling my eyes. I need to kill off a few more begonias and gingers (which never ever die, btw) before I'll have room.

I went to Ace for paint sale & didn't they have plants on sale - buy 2 get 1 FREE. I got 3 of the brightest blue Salvia I've ever seen; 3 shades of yellow lantana; porter weed; and another cats whiskers (since I like the 1st so well).

So I really do need to get back out this PM & get lumber for 2 more 4X4 raised beds.

I think I've only been inside to sleep the last few days. Weather has been phenomenal & I've been trying to get all the heavy yard work finished up before the HOT days return. I've been telling friends "I'm not digging any more holes till Fall". No one is believing me!!!!

Got my new raised bed built, filled, & then waited till late "shady" afternoon to plant it. Everything is standing tall this AM. I still have 3 rather small plants that need to go in & will do those late this evening, since the front sprinklers will water them tomorrow AM.

Picking the Early Girl, Taxi, & yellow cherry tomatoes. Pulled my 1st radish up yesterday. Planted more bush beans since only 2 of the 1st planting ever came up. Soaked them longer this time.

I will get some pics snapped this afternoon. Today I'm painting the exterior of the studio - well, at least 1 side will get done today. Hoping to get 1 coat coverage. Need to pull the shutters off the front. I have some "crazy" shades of paint samples so who knows what they will look like when they are re-hung!!!!!

Happy Gardening All!!!!! Since it has been rather quiet here, I'm guessing we are all outside with dirty hands!!!!!
