She's a pretty energetic Poodle! We're going to training classes right now on Sunday afternoons for a month. She's leash aggressive and needs to GET OVER IT !!!!!! Trainer is great. He is German and trains German Shepherds for police. Lexie doesn't speak German,
however.

Susie, I use Gentle Leader easy walk harnesses for all my dogs. They apply pressure backward onto them if they try to pull. They are very gentle and effective. Here is a link to one on ebay... every dog I have put one of these on walks on a leash very well, immediately.

Thanks for the tip, Brenda. Actually she does walk very well. I use a harness on her too. Not that particular one, however. My problem is that when we see another dog being walked she becomes very aggressive toward that dog. I have to remove her from the area. The training now is to stop the aggression and make her obey me when I tell her to "leave it". She's good with sitting but not when she gets to the aggression peak. It's exhausting.

So, now she is doing very well with the training and obeying me. Two little boys rode past us on their bikes and she was calm.

Training is going well. One more session completing 8 sessions. Last weekend she walk head to head with a big German Shepherd, Baron. It was so cute. They were a team. She got her hair done today...
