"Angel Love" must have open during the night because she was blooming at dawn.
This is the first time for her here at my house. Maybe the color ripples come in later in the blooming season(?)

Had one bloom on a new arrival. It was unrecognizable
due to the low night temps we are having. I think winter has
returned.

It's too cold to finish planting the seedlings. About 3 more
days of planting left.

Christmas in Oz is a new one for me this year although it's light years away from a scape, let alone a bloom. I sure hope it looks as nice as yours Betty. I always appreciate people's comments on how a daylily looks in the garden, since, as we all know, the camera doesn't always tell the whole story. Someone told me that Christmas in Oz can have rot problems (I grow many of mine in pots where crown rot is more of a problem), and be a bit winter tender. I hope not. Christmas in Oz is my first venture into the UF form........I like that Vivacious Spirit alot too. So many pretty ones. To single out a few is not to say I don't love all the others..........Maryl

Thanks Betty! I have Ada Minkler in the garden and she performs great, holds well in the sun, also gives me a lot of different looks.

I start to write about each one that is just so lovely ... and then I throw up my hands ... they are ALL so pretty!!
